Each year, Galerie Espace VERRE presents the graduating exhibition of students from the Techniques de métiers d’art – verre program. The 2025 edition, titled Échos Chromatiques, highlights the personal approaches of the 34th cohort through works that reflect a wide range of techniques, perspectives, and creative worlds.

Among this year’s graduates, Sophie L’Anglais brings to her glass practice a background in graphic design. Informed by a variety of influences, including Swiss design and comic art, her work carries a strong sense of composition, contrast, and visual clarity.

Through pared-down forms and subtle surface effects, she seeks to express the elusive and give shape to what remains when memory fades. Her practice balances graphic precision with poetic sensitivity, exploring the tension between formal clarity and the fragility of remembrance.

Come discover her work and that of the other graduating students at Galerie Espace VERRE, as part of the Échos Chromatiques exhibition, now extended until August 31, 2025.
